Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it enters the packing stage. Once vegetables are sorted and packed for cold-chain dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

1. How to cancel

Submit a cancellation request through Track & Support or email vegetables@appilytwentyfive.com with your order number. Include the reason for cancellation to help us improve our service.

2. Cancellation windows

• Before packing: Full refund to original payment method or immediate order void for unpaid COD.
• After packing, before dispatch: Cancellation at our discretion; a packing fee may be deducted.
• After dispatch: Cancellation is not available; refer to our Refund & Freshness Policy upon delivery.

3. Refund timeline

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within five to seven business days. Bank processing times may add additional days before funds appear in your account.

4. Partial cancellations

Individual line items cannot be removed from a confirmed multi-product order. Cancel the entire order and place a new one with your revised selection, provided the original has not yet been packed.
