Appily Twentyfive is an online vegetable retail desk offering categorized fresh produce — including tomatoes and peppers, root vegetables, cucumbers and gourds, leafy greens, onions and bulbs, beans and peas, kitchen herbs, brassicas, squash and pumpkins, and Indian staple greens. These terms apply to all visitors, registered customers, and order transactions processed through our platform.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least eighteen years of age or have verifiable guardian consent to purchase from Appily Twentyfive. Products are sold for lawful personal and household consumption only. Resale, commercial redistribution, or any use that violates applicable food safety or trade regulations is prohibited without prior written approval from APPILY TWENTYFIVE VITAL DESK PRIVATE LIMITED.

3. Product listings and availability

We strive to display accurate product names, pack sizes, and descriptions for every vegetable lot. Because fresh produce is seasonal, photographs represent typical appearance and may vary slightly by harvest batch. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the pack weight or count stated on each product page.

• Stock levels update in real time; high-demand seasonal vegetables may sell out without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities to ensure fair access for all customers.
• Pack weights include normal tolerances acceptable in fresh vegetable trade practice.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization or COD acceptance at checkout. We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery where serviceable. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and reachable contact number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur re-dispatch charges.

5. Freshness and consumption

Fresh vegetables are perishable. Upon delivery, inspect your order promptly and refrigerate or consume items according to standard food handling guidance. Freshness at delivery may vary by variety — some vegetables are shipped firm to survive transit and are best used within recommended storage windows.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APPILY TWENTYFIVE VITAL DESK PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, storage conditions after delivery, or delays caused by courier partners beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection statutes.

8. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
